Well Woman Yoga Workshop Thaxted
I warmly invite you to join me for a nourishing and restorative day of Well Woman Yoga at Thaxted Yoga Studio where we will be reconnecting with the deep wisdom of the womb cycles throughout the whole of a woman’s life from pre-menarche to post menopause.
Modern day living is fast-paced; we are always doing, achieving, and pushing ourselves to be bigger and better. For a woman’s body this is incredibly stressful, and creates various imbalances which affects our sleep, weight, digestion, libido, menstrual cycle, ability to cope, to get pregnant, and menopause.
Well Woman Yoga has been holistically designed to assist and support all women during their life cycles and seasons, with feminine and nourishing yoga practices through hatha yoga, pranayama, mantra, meditation and relaxation.
During this all day workshop, we will discover how these integrated and harmonious practices honour and celebrate the beauty and bio-mechanic of the female body and her needs. Each woman’s menstrual cycle as a wheel guides this wonderful therapeutic approach, with full awareness of the connection between the menstrual cycle and nature’s seasons and the moon phases. A personalised aromatherapy blend to support your seasons and cycles is included to take home with you.
This workshop is suitable for all women, whether you are new to yoga or an established yogini, from pre menarche to post menopausal. Pregnant yoginis are welcome! Well Woman Yoga incorporates the ancient techniques, but with a modern day approach that specifically works towards women’s wellness.
