I warmly invite you to join me to these nourishing classes of Well Woman Yoga.

This integrated and harmonious approach to hatha yoga is especially developed to bring comfort and joy to women. Women of all ages are welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or super-experienced yogini or a yoga teacher.

Well Woman Yoga can promote profound and lasting postnatal recovery or effective management of pelvic organ prolapse. To practice Well Woman Yoga is to gain security, strength and support at the very foundation of our being, and to engage with postural awareness and inner pelvic health that can create lifelong wellness and vitality.

Any woman who would like a feminine, nourishing and fluid practice with elegant movement, breath work, and deep healing relaxation is invited to join me for this women-only class.

What to expect

These Well Woman Yoga sessions are blended with restorative yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra to nourish and leave you feeling revitalised. The techniques shared nurture and build the feminine energy for the practical healing and benefit of woman in all stages of life.

These classes are taught in term time and cost £60 for a 2 week block or £12 to drop in

The classes are  taught in the light and airy space that is the Unitarian Meeting House.  Spaces are limited. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.
